it all start?
At our bistro Dokelu, we have been matching flavors, trying combinations, and honing our egos on salads for 6 years. Then we said to ourselves: “Enough.” “We’re going to bomb the paste.”
No semi-finished products, no dried boredom from the shelf. Only fresh pasta, handmade, every day. Because when you know you can have the best, why would you eat average?
