Yesterday it was just flour and water. Today it’s a divine texture with a sauce that will blow your mind. We make it fresh every day on our machine using quality Slovak flour. Why? Because only fresh pasta has the right taste. Period.
We spent 6 years fine-tuning flavors at our salad bistro, Dokelu. Now we’ve decided to take it to the next level. No dried spaghetti from a shelf. Here, every pasta is fresh, handmade, and crafted from ingredients you’d be hard-pressed to find at home. This isn’t just pasta. This is an experience.
You can find us in the food court of Cassovar Košice shopping center on the 1st floor at Žriedlová 11. We are open every working day from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
